This series of images is an ongoing project where I am really interested in role environments play in our identity.  I place this old school chair in a variety of environments that I would describe as visually poetic, surreal, infinite or have a sense of visual balance.  I find when I place the chair within these environments it interrupts the traditional landscape and provokes a sense of mediation on its position, one’s sense of place, the lived vs the abstract experience and, our relationships with our environments whether imagined, abstract or lived.

this project are intended to culminate into a book and traveling exhibition.
